LawCore

The secure legal operating system

LawCore brings a law firm's files, deadlines, client intake and documents into one system built to the standard legal work demands — where security comes first, every action is on the record, and the lawyer always decides.

Our mission

Legal work runs on trust: clients trust firms with their most important transactions, and firms trust their tools with their clients. Too much of that work still lives in inboxes, spreadsheets and systems designed for other industries. LawCore's mission is to give firms software worthy of that trust — purpose-built for the way real-estate and business law is actually practised in Alberta, from single-home closings to multi-unit apartment transactions.

Our principles

Security before features.Encryption at rest, mandatory multi-factor authentication and strict access control were built first — not bolted on later.
Everything on the record.A permanent, tamper-resistant audit trail underlies the entire system. History can be reviewed; it cannot be rewritten.
The lawyer decides.LawCore surfaces information and candidates — it never makes legal judgments, clears conflicts, or acts on its own.
Canadian data stewardship.Built for Canadian privacy obligations, with client data handled to the standard the profession requires.
Built alongside practitioners.Every workflow is shaped with the lawyers, conveyancers and staff who run real files — not imagined in a boardroom.

Where we're strong

Alberta real-estate conveyancing is our home ground — including the transactions most software treats as an afterthought: multi-family and apartment-building deals, with the rent rolls, tenant deposits and closing calculations they demand. Business-law capability grows on the same secure foundation.
